Information submitted through the contact form is sent to my company email address, hosted by HostGator. You can read HostGator’s privacy policy opens in a new tab, but in short they “do not share customers’ personal information with any third-parties, unless a law enforcement agency properly request the information (such as with a subpoena).”
Submissions are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

How long we retain it
Contact form entries are retained for six months and analytics records for 24 months.
How we protect your data
NPSC uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and two-factor authentication technologies to help ensure security. The website is backed up regularly off-site.
In addition, NPSC uses website security applications to prevent malware and phishing on the site. Even though we take steps to protect information, no security measures can be 100% secure.
Rights over your data
You can request that NPSC erase any personal data we hold about you.
This does not include any data NPSC is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Data breach procedures
In the event of data breach, NPSC will work with our security services and web host to determine the scope of the breach and notify any parties regarding compromised information.
